Practise reports on and theoretical principles of inclusion at vocational schools contain teaching concepts for implementing the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The network, a cooperation of six vocational schools, has developed, implemented and scientifically evaluated inclusive strategic concepts. The topics "learning in heterogeneous groups", "target groups with special educational needs", as well as "inclusive school organisation" were examined in three study groups and tested in practice in schools. The examples presented show how inclusive learning can be successful at vocational schools and which internal procedures are necessary to allow all pupils to participate in vocational education with equal rights. As a school laboratory, the Mainfranken Network of Vocational Schools (Netzwerk Berufliche Schulen Mainfranken) is a school development platform supported by the Robert Bosch Stiftung.
