This guideline offers a framework for practical work in networks in the educational sector and the support of the socially disadvantaged. The focus is on the creation, expansion and day-to-day running of networks as well as on simple strategies for the evaluation and optimization of one's own networking activities. The example of successful networking in continuing job-related training courses demonstrates how further training courses can develop into a standard offering.
