Betriebliche Weiterbildung mitgestalten

The authors examine the role of social partners in the planning and implementation of adult education activities. They offer impulses for the joint promotion and support of company-internal further training and the development of sustainable structures. An overview of the collective agreements on training and social partner agreements complements documented use case scenarios. The publication is based on the project "further training" ("weiter bilden") of the European Social Fund (ESF) and is aimed at trade unions and employers' associations.
