Übergang Schule - Beruf erfolgreich managen

For their transition from school to profession students require well-functioning networks and adequate support systems that meet the demands. The project report presents know-how for the development and trial of new approaches in careers orientation. Thereby, the importance of cultural and gender mainstreaming is extracted in detail. With the help of surveys amongst students data was collected that evaluates the acceptance and practicability of existing offers. These experiences that the authors could gain in the respective projects are further enhanced by specialist expert reports and practical realisation strategies for other areas. The publication presents the result of the funding initiative "Regionales Übergangsmanagement" (regional transition management) of the programme "Perspektive Berufsabschluss" (perspective professional qualification), which was initiated by the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (Federal Ministry of Education and Research).
