Mobilität steigern - Durchlässigkeit fördern

The "European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET)" was established to enable the recognition of parts of a vocational training course that are completed in another country. The function of the "European Qualifications Framework" (EQF) is to increase the transparency of educational achievements in Europe in general. Employees and companies can, however, only profit from this Europeanization of vocational training and education when ECVET and EQF are sufficiently widely known. Their book addresses practitioners in vocational training and education, and explains current developments and possibilities of these European transparency tools. The Editors Herbert Loebe is managing director of the Bildungswerks der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw).
