Course leaders within adult education come from different fields of action and disciplines. In addition to the specialist knowledge their work requires a huge amount of didactic-methodical competences, and also insights into the organisational processes in the educational institution, in which they act. This publication deals with issues around adult learning, course planning and marketing, as well as questions pertaining to the Labour and Employment Law from the perspective of the teachers.
